This is a TODO list. Let’s try to keep it short-term and consise!

MeetingAgenda

Task: All output formats and codecs that are selectable in Cinelerra’s GUI must work, and produce playable output files. They should comply with the relevant specs, too (ideally).

Action: Try out all the combinations, and log/bug all the problems with each of them.
Action: Devise a way to repeat this process, regularily. Automation would be nice!

Task: “Release” versions should be tagged in Git, or put into appropriately named tarballs, for the benefit of packagers and users.

Action: Agree upon a scheme for publishing snapshots and releases, and implement it. (Raffaella and Herman)
Action: Start work on automatic builds, and self-tests. (Who does it? Is it already in progress?)

Task: Better transitions (see debate on the mailing list, January 2011)

Action: Agree on what changes are needed. (Not low-hanging fruit!)

Task: Regular developer meetings

Action: Put together the agenda for the meeting(s)
Action: Chairing the meetings, revising agenda, writing meeting summaries
